In Future No-Key Keyboard Required



Now here is a gadget that is very delicate and looks quite Geeky and cool. Presenting the No-Key Keyboard which looks shiny with its glass surface.

This fine gadget is a creation of Kong Fanwen. It even lights up through the same glass material. The keyboard is QWERTY and is very flat, resembling a thin sheet of ice. It is made up of camera and lightning and uses the latest motion capture technology. Though it looks cool, it will require a lot of care and delicacy while handling.

It has advantages over hard keyboards such no risk of Carpal-Tunnel Syndrome and no slipping of hand while typing. However, it is still in conceptual stage and there is no details about its pricing and availability.

High Dexx USB Flash Drive - Hot Stationary!



Another Combination happening here. Between our daily uses Highlighters with our Geeky life’s no.1 supporter, the Flash Drive, into one that will make you shout OMG!

Well, sorry for the hype. I just never thought about this two ’stationary’ could blend so well into one piece flash drive single hub and highlighters dock.

You may ask why did they host a single USB hub drive while you can just plug in directly to the pc, right? Well, it guess it’s all about the asthetical perspectives that define the shape and blending.

The Orange flash drive is just to blend in so the four colorful cubes will look better and “as if” all of them are highlighters. But they kinda fail to notice that the USB hub is completely useless and offer nothing but an extension of USB cable.

The Tx54 is a concept for a translucent watch to be worn of your thumbnail. No kidding. Displaying a timer, clock and calendar as well as color for the displayed text and the translucent feature which allows this watch to blend in completely into your nail unless activated and to add to that, it’s also disposable. Now, that makes it handy. Designed by Timex and Core77, this watch made runner-up at the global watch design competition. Remember… it’s a concept.

Pressure-Free Eyewear Concept Design by WJ Kim

A normal eyewear is pretty much pinching our nose and leaving a mark of the rounded rubbers. This conceptual design of eyewear by WJ Kim is practically pressure-free for your nose.



It’s an unique concept of eyewear since nowsdays design is just so repetitive with the foldable frame. WJ Kim turn this around by designing a whole round of frame and I believe the frame is a flexible hard rubber material.

Come complete with the frames for your ears so it will stay firm at the right position for the lens to protect your precious eyes. Though I don’t have further information about what is the material of the lens, but I hope WJ Kim would consider to use the same material as Numa Tactical eyewear, which is an unbreakable material for eyeswear.

Philips Bluetooth Webcam Concept



Flynn Product Design has come up with a stunning take on a futuristic, alien-like Bluetooth webcam concept that offers unpredecented flexibility where camera angles are concerned. This concept webcam comes with a ball and socket joint, connecting both base and body units for unparalleled viewing freedom. There is no word on resolution or any other specifications, but being Bluetooth-enabled surely means you will need to recharge it from time to time. I sure hope this thing comes with decent battery life then since it would be a bummer to hold a video conversation halfway only to get cut off after running out of juice unexpectedly.

Sophisticated OPUS8 Watch by Harry Winston


Harry Winston, a high-end watch designer and Jewelry artist recently punched out a cool watch with sophisticated system to display time.



The display is not rendered digitally, but a moving plates that come ups and downs to show you the time.



OPUS8 watch is certainly not a common watch for your hand. It’s crafted with a high-end materials such as white gold, combined with red sapphire face, and the movement inside of the watch is consist of 437 components! Though there is not price set on it yet, I’m sure it could worth more than a villa house!

Nowadays if you light up in the wrong place you’re likely to get kicked out,arrested and labeled a communist. But that all may change. In the future tobacco might be hip again.

The Eolos pipe is ready for such a world, thanks to designer Hakan Bogazpinar. It has a sleek sophistication that says I Like My Nicotine Like I like My Gadgets, shiny and emitting smoke. It even has a built-in “filter replication indicator,” letting you know when the filter is ready for changing. Of course in the future humans will have self-cleaning lungs so just light up and enjoy my friends. And if wives still wont bring you your slippers, your robot will.
